**INVERNESS HARBOUR TRUST.**
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TRUSTEES of the HARBOUR of INVERNESS have made Application to the Minister of Transport for an ORDER under the Harbours, Docks, and Piers (Temporary Increase of Charges) Acts, 1920 and 1921, increasing the Charges of the Inverness Harbour by 50 per cent., and that the Minister of Transport has referred said Application to the Rates Advisory Committee for their consideration and report.
The Scale of Charges at present in operation are those payable under and authorised by the Inverness Harbour Order, 1911, and this Scale may be seen and examined at the undersigned addresses.
Any person desirous of making representations to the Ministry of Transport with respect to the Application may do so by letter addressed to the Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Transport, 7 Whitehall Gardens, London, S.W.1, within fourteen days from this date, and it is requested that a copy of such letter should at the same time be forwarded to the Clerk to the Trustees at the Harbour of Inverness.
